About Me

Hemant Sharma (Yog Guru): I am a yog Guru from India.I have 19 years experience in yoga and naturopathy.My commitment is to get children to be aware of the importance of yoga and it should be adopted to eradicate all the social evils.I as a yog guru, will do my best to infuse in them self realisation and control over mind.so that, the new generation should be free from diseases and drug addiction. Imparted yoga training to some of the cricketers who have played for India and some are still playing,Namely Gautam Gambhir,Ashish Nehra,Sharandeep Singh,Vijya Dahiya etc.at Firozshah Kotla Ground and also to some judo players at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. .I dedicate this blog to my Guru {Shri K.P.S.Tomar ji}.
